You (hereinafter referred to as “speaker”) have agreed to participate as a speaker at the Search Marketing Expo Munich. SMX Munich is organized and presented by Rising Media Ltd and one or more partners (hereinafter referred to as “Organizers”).
The speaker guarantees the organiser that the contents of his CV, presentation and documents provided are true and do not reveal confidential information or infringe the rights of a third party in any way.
With regard to the speaker application, it should be noted that if it is not submitted by the potential speaker himself, but by an agency, assistant or PR department, for example, the contact details of both the submitter and the proposed person are provided. You warrant that, as an agency, you are entitled to propose the speaker and that the speaker is aware of the conditions set forth herein.
If you refer to case studies, you must have prior permission for the respective companies to be mentioned both in the presentation and in the SMX advertising (of any kind), on the website, etc.
Your participation in the conference is an important contribution and contributes significantly to the success of the event. Participants and potential participants rely on the promotional materials that announce your participation. You agree to cancel your participation only if circumstances beyond your control prevent you from attending.
If you need to cancel your participation for any of the above reasons, please notify the conference organiser immediately. It is helpful if you propose another speaker from your company with the same experience and comparable position, but the program manager reserves the right to appoint a substitute speaker. Under no circumstances may a substitute speaker be sent without prior agreement.
You will receive detailed briefings on timing, content and logistical details from us 4-6 weeks prior to the event. It is essential that you consult with the moderator and co-presenters of your session in advance to avoid redundancies.
For his active participation in the conference program, the speaker will receive:
Free access to the entire conference (two days – no workshops). The conference pass includes: Conference documents, meals and drinks as well as access to online documents. The conference pass is non-transferable.
Please note that the organizer does not pay any expenses and does not cover travel and accommodation expenses.
